Dr. Patrick Jules was born in Miami, Florida in 1977 from his parents Rev. Henry and Maggie Jules. His parents late relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His parents and a few members founded Bethel Evangelical Baptist Church in the late 1970’s.   At the time, his grandfather came from Haiti and became the pastor of Bethel until 1998 when his dad, Rev. Henry Jules become the senior pastor.

          At the age of 14, Patrick sensed God calling him to ministry working with the children and youth. Rev. Patrick graduated from Dillard High School in 1996 and enrolled at Broward College two weeks later majoring in Elementary education. Two years then, Rev. Jules transferred to a Christian college called the Baptist College of Florida which is located in Graceville, Florida. After two years at the school, Patrick graduated from BCF in May 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

           After graduation, Rev. Patrick accepted a teaching position at Broward County Schools working as a 2nd-grade teacher. He later resigned from the school board, and with on to assist his father-pastor as a fulltime minister. In 2009, he graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in Christian Education.

           Rev. Patrick later enrolled and graduated with a Doctor of Ministry degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014. After graduating from the doctoral program, Patrick accepted the position as Chair of Religious Studies at the University of Fort Lauderdale. Since then he has enrolled in a second doctoral program from Saint Thomas University and will graduate in 2020.

           Rev. Pat is married to Mrs. Guilene Bonami-Jules, and they have four boys and a baby girl.

           Rev. Patrick life is an example of a miracle since birth. He is hearing impaired and has been able to do greater things by the grace of God. He loves to preach about God’s grace, unity, love, and following the voice of God. What makes him unique is his passion for teaching the word to all language groups. On his spear time, he likes to work-out, at the gym and spend time with his kids and take his wife
